Meet Lynn 👋

We’re proud to welcome Lynn as a facilitator with Embassy. With over 30 years of leadership, facilitation, and coaching experience and 19 years in law enforcement, including nearly 18 with the Texas Department of Public Safety. Lynn has served as a Trooper, Sergeant, and Lieutenant, as well as an FTO, crisis negotiator, peer support team member, and mediator. 🚔

Lynn currently serves as a Leadership Development Specialist with Texas DPS and is a Certified Master of The Leadership Challenge®, as well as a Certified John Maxwell Team member. His leadership philosophy is rooted in service, character, and impact.

We’re honored to have Lynn join the Embassy family and look forward to the experience and heart he brings to our programs. 🙌
