Scott Robertson is a seasoned public safety executive with more than 30 years of experience in law enforcement and correctional management, primarily with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office near Seattle, Washington. Throughout his distinguished career, he has served in key leadership roles including Chief of Operations and Contract Services, Chief of Corrections, and Chief of Police for the City of Granite Falls. Scott is recognized for his ability to lead organizations through complex challenges, implementing innovative and evidence-based strategies that strengthen public safety, enhance organizational performance, and address workforce shortages with practical, sustainable solutions.
