Front Line Leadership II
Front Line Leadership II is the highly requested next step for public safety professionals who have completed Front Line Leadership and are ready to go deeper. Built directly from participant feedback, this advanced three-day (24-hour) course is designed for front line supervisors, sworn officers, and professional staff who want more than theory—they want practical tools to lead confidently through today’s most complex challenges.
This course moves beyond foundational leadership skills and focuses on earning and sustaining follower commitment, strengthening personal and team resilience, and leading with valuesdriven integrity in the realities of modern public safety. Through scenario-based exercises, real incident analysis, leadership labs, and peer-driven discussion, participants will explore advanced self-management strategies, comprehensive 360° fitness approaches tailored to law enforcement, and ethical decision-making under pressure. Graduates leave with concrete, immediately applicable tools—and a personalized action plan—to lead with clarity, credibility, and resilience on the front line.

Ron Bayne is a law enforcement leader and instructor with over 30 years of experience, including service as a commander in Arizona law enforcement. From 2014 to 2024, he served as a master instructor for FBI-LEEDA, teaching thousands of officers across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. In 2020, he was recruited by Arizona POST to design and deliver leadership training for agencies statewide. Ron created Front Line Leadership, a 3–4 day course focused on professionalism, culture, and effective supervision. The program has become Arizona’s primary training for first-line supervisors and has been adopted nationally. A certified DISC instructor, Ron has administered assessments to thousands of
public safety professionals to strengthen leadership and team performance. He also serves as adjunct faculty and volunteers with nonprofits supporting first responders and veterans.
