Advanced Workplace Violence & Active Shooter (4 Hours)

This 4-hour course is our most popular program. It is designed to provide employees with practical, actionable strategies for responding to an active shooter or workplace violence incident. The course includes three hours of interactive classroom instruction, followed by a one-hour on-site walk-through assessment.

Personal Safety (2 Hours)

This 2-hour course helps employees develop practical skills to stay safe in the workplace and public settings. Participants learn to increase situational awareness, recognize potential threats, and apply proactive strategies to avoid or de-escalate unsafe situations.

Ideal for employees in public-facing or field roles, this training builds confidence and awareness through real-world examples and interactive discussion — helping participants stay alert, prepared, and secure wherever their duties take them.

Comprehensive Active Shooter & Workplace Violence Response Program (8 Hours)

This immersive, full-day program is custom-built around your organization’s unique needs and vulnerabilities. Prior to training, Embassy facilitators conduct a pre-class site visit to meet with key stakeholders, review existing policies and emergency plans, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Throughout the course, participants gain practical tools for preventing and responding to workplace violence, active shooter incidents, and escalating conflicts. The training integrates lecture, discussion, and hands-on exercises focused on prevention, de-escalation, and response tactics.

The day concludes with a realistic, role-play scenario led by professional actors — allowing teams to apply what they’ve learned in a safe, controlled environment.
