• Organizational Culture Strengthening: Explore strategies to create a supportive work environment that attracts and retains talent, fostering a culture of engagement and commitment.
• Team Dynamics: Delve into the common dysfunctions of teams and the leader’s role in transforming them into high-performing units. This includes understanding the five dysfunctions of teamwork and learning effective management strategies.
• Strategies for the New Team Leader: New leaders will learn to establish clear goals by setting SMART objectives that guide their team’s activities. Building strong relationships with team members is essential for fostering trust and open communication.
