Officer Level Leadership is built for those leading without rank and preparing for what comes next. This three-day immersive course is designed specifically for first-line officers and emerging leaders who want to strengthen their leadership mindset, communication skills, and influence on the job.
This course equips patrol officers, investigators, FTOs and civilian personnel with practical tools to:
- Lead without formal authority
- Improve communication and de-escalation
- Strengthen team culture and morale
- Understand Liability and Duty to Intervene
- Take ownership of their role, their squad, and their career
