This 8-hour course, specifically designed for juvenile institutional staff and supervisors, will explore how officers can successfully manage and resolve encounters with juveniles. Students will learn skills and strategies to resolve conflict and maintain safety and security at a juvenile facility through de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques.
