“Leadership is not a rank. It is a mindset.” — Capt. Tim Plotts (Ret.)

Every officer leads, whether they wear stripes or not. The question isn’t whether they lead. It’s whether they’ve learned how.

Officer Level Leadership is a three-day course built for first-line officers and emerging leaders: leading without formal authority, communication and de-escalation, team culture, duty to intervene, and owning your career.

Led by Capt. Tim Plotts (Ret.), 30-year North Carolina State Highway Patrol veteran and FBI-LEEDA instructor.

Built for those without formal rank. Leadership is a choice. Choose it early.

📅 Nov 10–12 | Columbia, SC | $495

Led by Capt. Toby Darby (Ret.), 30+ year law enforcement veteran.

Know the why. Keep the tactics.

1 in 8 women will face breast cancer in her lifetime, a reality felt in the families and departments behind every badge.

This October, Embassy stands with public safety for #BreastCancer Awareness Month. We`re proud to see our community show up through the #PinkPatchProject, where officers and first responders wear pink to raise awareness and funds for cancer research at City of Hope.

Early detection saves lives. For years, we`ve also supported the National Law Enforcement Cancer Support Foundation and its work supporting first responders and their families.
