Front Line Leadership I is a vital 3-day course for all peace officers and professional staff in public safety, designed for those transitioning into or currently holding supervisory roles. As public safety demands grow, effective leadership is essential for organizational success.

Ron Bayne, Director of Training & Consulting

Ron is a nationally recognized law enforcement leadership coach and instructor, teaching leadership classes in all 50 states. Ron is a retired Arizona police commander with over 30 years of law enforcement experience and trains each week with agencies from all over the United States. Ron has been a primary leadership instructor for FBI-LEEDA since 2014, teaching 200 LEEDA classes. Ron personally designed the law enforcement leadership curriculum for AZPOST, formerly known as the Basic Leadership Academy, now known as Front Line Leadership.
Ron is a U.S. Army veteran with graduate degrees in Counseling/Human Relations from Northern Arizona University and Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University.
