Trained to respond. Ready to prevent.

Most agencies are built to respond after violence starts. Far fewer are built to see it coming. That gap is the whole job.

Behavioral Threat Assessment & Dignitary Protection comes to Phoenix, led by former U.S. Secret Service agents Kevin Rice & Jack Leskovar (Ret.), 50+ years combined. Protective intelligence, threat mitigation, and proactive strategies, including dignitary protection.

In internal affairs, there`s no room for "close enough."

One procedural misstep can unravel an investigation and put an agency in the headlines for all the wrong reasons.

Florida-Focused Internal Affairs Investigations Training is coming to Coral Springs, led by IA expert Chief Larry Horak (Ret.), former FBI Special Agent and 35+ year law enforcement veteran. Built for Florida practitioners, covering the Bills of Rights, public records law, and the due process standards that define the state.

1 in 8 women will face breast cancer in her lifetime, a reality felt in the families and departments behind every badge.

This October, Embassy stands with public safety for #BreastCancer Awareness Month. We`re proud to see our community show up through the #PinkPatchProject, where officers and first responders wear pink to raise awareness and funds for cancer research at City of Hope.

Early detection saves lives. For years, we`ve also supported the National Law Enforcement Cancer Support Foundation and its work supporting first responders and their families.

How are you showing your support this month?

The signs are there. Learn to read them.

Targeted violence is planned, not spontaneous: grievance, fixation, leakage, escalation. The signs are usually visible. The question is whether someone`s trained to connect them.

Behavioral Threat Assessment & Dignitary Protection comes to Phoenix, led by former U.S. Secret Service agents Kevin Rice & Jack Leskovar (Ret.). The Pathway to Violence, warning behaviors, and real case studies. Indicators turned into action.

This October, for #DomesticViolence Awareness Month, we`re saying it with our whole hearts: #NoMore. 💜

For our Embassy family, this one is personal. Victim`s advocate Ely Bayne, wife of our Director of Training and Operations, Ron Bayne, works alongside her Service K9 Antonia 🐾, to bring comfort, support, and hope to survivors in their hardest moments.

A calm, steady presence beside someone as they tell their story can change everything. We stand with #Survivors, the advocates and the first responders working to break the cycle. We stand behind our motto to continue #CreatingSafeCommunities. You are not alone. 💜

National Domestic Violence Hotline: 1-800-799-7233, available 24/7
