Who Should Attend

THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR

Current and aspiring first-line supervisors, team leaders, and veteran professionals preparing for promotion across law enforcement, corrections, fire and EMS, dispatch, and other public safety disciplines who are ready to lead with confidence and purpose.

About the Program

LEAD YOURSELF FIRST

Front Line Leadership is Embassy Consulting Services' supervisor-level leadership program, created and led by Ron Bayne. It is built for the people who carry an agency day to day: the sergeants, corporals, lead dispatchers, and field supervisors whose decisions shape culture, morale, and performance.

The program emphasizes self-reflection and personal accountability, encouraging participants to lead themselves before they lead others. Through instruction, facilitated discussion, and scenario-based application, participants explore professionalism and organizational culture, team leadership and conflict resolution, motivation, problem solving, and the behavioral awareness that makes communication work.

Delivered as a progressive series, The Original Front Line Leadership establishes the foundation of positive, principled supervision, and Front Line Leadership II builds on it with advanced tools for leading teams through complexity and change.
