Front Line Leadership I for Law Enforcement*
150 W Vermont Ave, Anaheim, CA 92805
The Executive Development Series is a progressive leadership pathway for public safety professionals who want more than theory—it delivers practical tools, command-level insight, and executive readiness that leaders can apply immediately to strengthen people, organizations, and communities.
Completion of the Executive Development Series requires taking all three core courses, which may be completed in any order.
The Executive Development Series is Embassy Consulting Services’ premier executive development pathway, intentionally designed to develop confident, resilient, and strategically grounded leaders across the full spectrum of public safety. This integrated program goes beyond isolated courses and delivers a holistic leadership system—one that connects supervision, critical incident command, and executive-level organizational leadership into a cohesive, real-world framework. Each course helps ensure participants don’t just learn leadership concepts, but develop a repeatable mindset and structure they can immediately apply within their agencies.
With Front Line Leadership I, participants establish a strong foundation in supervision and the critical transition from peer to leader. Critical Incident Management 360° prepares leaders to manage the most complex, high-risk events they will face—before, during, and after a critical incident—while addressing the aftermath that defines organizational trust, wellness, and legitimacy. And Strategic Command Leadership: The Next Level, is where participants refine their ability to lead at the command and executive level, navigating organizational culture, political environments, reform pressures, and long-term strategic decision-making. These courses can be completed in any order.
Completion of the Executive Development Series represents more than attendance — it signifies a leader who understands people, systems, risk, decision-making, and culture. Graduates earn an Executive Development Certificate and Challenge Coin, symbolizing their commitment to professional excellence and the shared mission of creating safe communities. Advanced graduate courses, including Front Line Leadership II and Occupational Frustration: The Next Level, are available for those who wish to continue developing beyond the core series.
