Civilian Leadership Institute (CLI) is a five-month program designed for civilian public safety employees who are current or aspiring supervisors and managers. This leadership training equips participants with the essential skills and strategies to become engaging, effective leaders within their organizations. With bi-monthly sessions held over five months, participants will engage in interactive learning, discussions, and skill-building on key topics including leadership styles, managing difficult employees, emotional intelligence, team building, conflict management, and effective communication.
