Weβre thrilled to shine the inaugural spotlight on Mr. Terrance Burton, a Lieutenant with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. Currently serving as a Watch Commander for the Corrections Division, Terrance brings both leadership and a great sense of humor to everything he does. His commitment to professional excellence is matched only by his passion for sneakersβso much so that for his badge pinning, his entire family showed up in Air Jordans! A proud sports fanatic, Terrance is always up for an adventure, traveling across the country to catch live events, with his heart firmly set on his beloved Chicago Bears. And if you ask him, heβll tell you that good food is as essential as good company, making him a true foodie at heart!
In addition to his impressive work with the Sheriff’s Department, Terrance is a dynamic facilitator at Embassy Consulting Services. With expertise in de-escalation techniques and Title 15 regulations for corrections and juvenile facilities, he brings invaluable knowledge to every session. But itβs not just his curriculum development skills that make him stand outβTerrance leads by example with a positive, can-do attitude that inspires those around him. And while his crazy Rottweiler keeps things interesting at home, itβs his wife who truly keeps him in line. Whether heβs facilitating or chasing the perfect meal, Terrance’s dedication and sense of humor make him a key asset to both Embassy and the Orange County community. Lucky us!
