Embassy Consulting Services is proud to announce that Waukesha County Technical College will host the upcoming Officer Level Leadership course October 7–9, 2025, at its Pewaukee campus.
This powerful three-day training is designed to equip law enforcement officers and public safety professionals—whether formally ranked or not—with the skills to lead from wherever they serve. The course is ideal for those looking to deepen their leadership presence, navigate organizational dynamics, and communicate more effectively under pressure.
This 24-hour course helps officers develop a leadership mindset, empowering them to recognize and embrace their leadership potential, both formally and informally.
Participants will learn key leadership principles including:
- Mindfulness
- Organizational Ownership
- Behavioral De-Escalation
- Communication & Motivation Strategies
- Techniques for Leading at the Officer Level
